The mission of Hispanic Direct, Inc. is to help nonprofit organizations develop lasting relationships with Hispanic donors. This mission is accomplished through a cyclical approach that consists of four important and critical steps.  They are:

Research
The company uses state-of-the-art computer technology coupled with years of personal experience to identify those in the Hispanic community that will respond to the organization's acquisition appeals. Aside from saving thousands of dollars in the costly acquisition process, the organization targets ideal donors from the beginning.

Differentiation
When someone makes a donation, Hispanic Direct, Inc. applies its experience in the market to identify the characteristics that make Hispanic donors different from other donors.
